Frequently Asked Questions
If you can’t find what you are looking for below please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
Do I have the field exclusively to myself?
Yes you do, when you book a slot at Fosseway Fields this gives you exclusive use of our secure area without distraction or other dogs.
How often are the fields checked?
We do a thorough walk through the fields every morning looking for any litter, lost toys and wayward poos. If you spot anything that needs our attention during the day please call us.
Is the field secure?
Yes, our fields are fenced to 1.8 meters around the perimeter with secure 1.8 meter gates. The fencing is flush to the ground and checked daily. Check out our gallery for images of the fencing.
Is four dogs the maximum I can book for?
No, we can arrange bookings for more dogs as needed, drop us an e-mail or Whatsap to discuss.
Is there anything near Fosseway Fields which could make my dog react?
All dogs are different and every field has factors outside of their control, there is no livestock near Sezincote View but there is a footpath behind one of the boundary hedges, this isn’t visible from either of the fields. Batsford Outlook is very secluded. Our two fields are adjacent to each other but separated by a secure fence and hedge. If your dog is very reactive we suggest booking a reactive friendly slot which means no one else will be on site. For individual requirements call us and arrange to come and have a look before you book.
What about noise?
Sezincote View is near to residential properties, we work hard to build relationships with our neighbours and ask that you are mindful of your noise when closest to the houses, particularly when you arrive or leave. Top tips to help us keep everyone happy include; turning engines off to avoid idling, keeping car doors closed whilst opening and closing gates if your dog is barking in your vehicle, keep dogs on leads in the car park and pull into the field to make the most of secure parking.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have car parking spaces on site and both fields have pull in secure parking meaning you can let your dog straight out the car into the field.
Are your fields suitable for people with accessibility challenges?
This will vary depending on individuals accessibility requirements and the impact of the weather on ground conditions - please message us to discuss your requirements.
Can I book re-occurring slots?
Yes, when booking chose the “reoccurring” option or “add more” to book more than one slot at the same time.
Do you have toilet facilities?
No we don’t, there are public toilets next to the Redesdale Hall in Moreton Town Centre just five minutes away.
Is there water?
Yes, we have clean water for dog drinking and a boot cleaning and dog wash station.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your booking.
